CDA Tackles Recent Façade Remediation
CDA was brought in to remediate moisture issues and remove existing EIFS across the façades of an existing building. The structure was upgraded with new Kingspan and Matrix panel systems installed over newly framed walls, along with full replacement of entrance canopies using sleek MCM panels.
Value engineering played a key role—existing glazing systems were optimized, punch openings were wet-sealed, and the North façade curtain wall received new gasketing and sealants. Finished off with new beauty caps for a clean, modern look.
This project came with carefully coordinated logistics:
🔹 7-level scaffolding system
🔹 Dual Beta Max lifts for material handling
🔹 Sequenced installation across multiple façades

CDA was able to execute this effort all while maintaining full building operations, including an active loading dock and safe pedestrian routing. The use of protective netting, traffic reconfiguration, and clear signage ensured safety every step of the way.
EIFS removal requires precision—walls were scanned for utilities, cuts were carefully controlled, and material loads were constantly monitored to stay within engineered scaffold limits. Final QA included hydro and chamber testing to ensure a fully sealed building envelope.
Another complex project delivered with safety, coordination, and quality at the forefront.
