Director, Technical Services
Paul Ulicny offers more than 25 years of professional experience delivering CQV services for highly technical projects such as laboratories, pilot plants, potent compounds labs, research spaces, and manufacturing facilities. His expertise includes design, project management, and CQV of facility & utility systems, and process equipment. He is a subject matter expert in the areas of HVAC, BAS, cleanrooms, laboratories and clean utilities.
Paul has experience with LEED commissioning, retro-commissioning and decommissioning. He has a background in BAS systems and is an expert in BAS programming, system configuration and troubleshooting. His technical experience also includes facility and utility startup, testing and balancing, resolving room pressurization issues, and overall facility operation. He has developed schematics, wiring diagrams, sequence of operations, loop diagrams, flow charts, and support documentation for automated systems.
As Director of Technical Services, Paul leads a team of engineers and subject matter experts that deliver commissioning & qualification and other technical services.
