5th Annual WIC Week Celebration
CD & Associates, based in Blue Bell, PA, is honored to be a certified Women’s Business Enterprise, making waves in the construction industry.
On March 6th, 2024, we sponsored our 5th Annual WIC Week Celebration at multiple client sites! This event highlighted the growing opportunities for women in construction and recognized their invaluable contributions to the industry. This year’s theme, “Keys to the Future,” emphasizes the pivotal role women play in shaping the industry’s future.
At events in PA and NJ, we hosted panels featuring remarkable women like Kristina Pumphrey, Christine Workman, and Judy Hobson, sharing insights and experiences. Joined by Tom Hubicki and Tim Pena, we discussed mentorship, diversity, and empowering young women in construction.
Both events drew diverse audiences, in-person and via live-stream, fostering dialogue and networking. Key takeaways included the importance of mentorship, fostering diversity, and opening doors for young women in construction careers.
We capped off the day with a delightful luncheon (PA), networking, and the exciting launch of our corporate rebrand, complete with swag bags! Thank you to all who joined us—it was an inspiring and fun-filled celebration!
