CDA Welcomes Holly Goodroad, PE to the Management Team!
We’re thrilled to announce that Holly Goodroad, PE has officially joined the CDA Management Team as Vice President of Project Delivery!
Holly brings a wealth of experience in successfully leading projects in the Pharmaceutical and Life Science sector, and we couldn’t be more excited to have her on board.

Known for her collaborative and empowering leadership style, Holly is passionate about building strong, trust-based relationships and creating space for teams to thrive.

Outside of the office, Holly’s energy and love of adventure continue to shine. She’s an avid outdoor enthusiast—whether it’s skiing, camping, hiking, fishing, swimming, or paddleboarding. She’s also a devoted sports fan (college football season and March Madness are highlights!) and a seasoned traveler who finds joy in exploring new places and cultures.
And just in case you needed one more reason to be impressed: Holly holds a black belt in Taekwondo karate.
